The project included the provision of two latest
generation data acquisition systems for the J85 and T58 engines.
 The
systems have the following characteristics:
- Steady
state acquisition and processing of 200 Channels at 100 samples/second.
- Capability
to integrate dynamic data at up to 100,000 samples/second with
on-line RMS and peak calculations.
- Full
continuous recording of a test with VCR-like playback controls
through. Capability to play back the data through the main running
screens or strip charts.
- Full
data export/import capability
- All
alarm, display and action features associated with an advanced
DAS.
- Full
PLC integration with touch panel.
- Interface
to EngineTest© software for complete database solution.
